When my mom tasked me with getting 250+ photos from my grandfather's company up on a website, Ted was a life saver! He designed and developed a fantastic website and gave me enough training to be able to upload and caption the photos myself, which reduced my costs. I have been a customer of Interaction Developers for the past 16 years.  Ted set up my first website and then helps me update my website through the years Additionally as a board member for the Friends of Massie, I have also worked with him and his company in setting up our new website. I have been very pleased with his services throughout the years.  He has always provided timely response to my request.  For both my business website and Friends of Massie the websites were set up and ready to go within the timeline we agreed upon.  As I am not very tech savvy he has also been very patient with me in asking website questions.  I feel he explains things in a way I understand and when we have worked to add things to the site that required me to have access and then eventually handle things myself he sends me step by step instructions on how to do what I need to do i.e. running reports for guest signups for events, etc. When I have other business colleagues in town that have asked for my recommendation in someone to assist them with their website his is the only one I refer.
